Who We Are.

Christina and her family are passionate about building community, promoting health and creating opportunities for long-term development in sport.

For over 20 years as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Christina has worked with for profit and not-for-profit private and public sector organizations. She has developed and maintained health promotion programs and participated in various advisory boards and committees advocating for individuals across the age span.

Christina has also helped countless students reach goals of post-secondary school in Rehabilitation Sciences through her mentorship. With a belief in creating opportunities of experiential learning to enhance knowledge transfer thereby bridging the gap between theory and practice, she continues to create a variety of opportunities that are available for students to become a mentee.

She currently works as a Kinesiologist and a High Performance Specialist delivering Performance Development programs and Assessment services that are designed to combine an integrated Kinesiology-based approach to athletic training. Christina is an active volleyball coach leading teams within the school district and a local competitive volleyball club. Her approach involves high level training with strength and conditioning incorporated to ensure maximal potential is reached to achieve specific goals and targets.

In her spare time, she and her family seek opportunities to create social connections in community by completing projects that center on knowledge translation and creativity.
