SUPERSET Volleyball Conditioning.

On-court training PLUS volleyball-specific strength & conditioning for skill development, performance training and injury prevention.

Participants receive guidance and instruction from highly trained instructors and guest coaches from a broad background of coaching and playing on club, high school and university volleyball teams.

*Currently available for females age 11-17.

Skill Development

This program aims to build player confidence on the court. Whether preparing for school team or club tryouts, fundamental skills will be enhanced through game-oriented drills and simulated game-play.

Strength and conditioning goals include increasing volleyball-specific strength and agility.

*Designed for CLUB and NON-CLUB Volleyball Players

Ideal for PRE-season training WITH teammates aiming to join a high school team (age 13-15) or for 13U club players interested in enhancing skills for the upcoming club season.

*NEW COURSE designed for age 11-12 female youth. These court-based sessions will focus on fine-tuning basic skills with an emphasis on ball control. Progressions towards team game-play will be incorporated and core-focused strength and conditioning will be integrated on-court.

Performance Training

This specialized program for experienced club athletes in 14U-17U, utilizes modified game-play to focus on the development of both technical and tactical skills.

Drills are centered on the simulation of offensive and defensive strategies to enhance focus under pressure. Strength and conditioning goals include increasing volleyball-specific strength and agility.

*Designed for CLUB Volleyball Players

Ideal for off-season training after the club season or pre-season training prior to the club season. For a limited time, Summer 5 is open to club and non-club players.
