SUPERSET Volleyball
A unique program in Richmond, BC that focuses on volleyball-specific strength and conditioning for performance development and injury prevention.

Elevate your game with philosophy’s of training developed by an award winning Volleyball BC Female Coach of the Year (14U).
Participants receive guidance and instruction from highly trained instructors and guest coaches from a broad background of coaching and playing on club, high school and university volleyball teams.

DECEMBER HOLIDAY CAMPS
Spend your holiday break with SUPERSET! Camps are available between Dec. 22 - Jan. 3. Keep building your technical skills, game IQ, confidence and mindset to succeed. Enrollment is available on a weekly or daily basis for females in grades 7-10.
SKILL + STRENGTH and PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT Courses
Skill + Strength - Whether preparing for school team tryouts or simply wanting to continue your love of the sport, fundamental skills will be enhanced through game-oriented drills and simulated game-play. Strength and conditioning goals include increasing volleyball-specific strength and agility plus injury prevention. Females only.
Advanced - School Team experience required
Beginner - No experience required
Performance Development - This specialized program for experienced club athletes in 13U-16U, utilizes modified game-play to focus on the development of both technical and tactical skills. Drills are centered on the simulation of offensive and defensive strategies to enhance focus under pressure. Strength and conditioning goals include increasing volleyball-specific strength and agility plus injury prevention. Females only.
