Christina’s client-centered approach to active rehabilitation focuses on joint mobilization combined with dynamic muscular stabilization. She believes outcome measures can be achieved starting with the establishment of postural awareness and progressing to reactive neuromuscular training for the restoration of strength and function.
Christina empowers each client with knowledge of movement mechanics and exercise physiology, so fitness gains can be achieved well beyond the treatment session.
