I’m a Kinesiologist and devoted community leader. When I’m not meeting with clients, playing volleyball or training in the gym, I’m a coach training youth in high school and club volleyball settings. As a Volleyball BC - Female Coach of the Year (14U) and a “Richmond A-List” top rated Personal Trainer, I look forward to providing opportunities to enrich youth, so they can realize their potential.
Passionate about scuba diving, paddle boarding, travelling and ramen.

I’ve been playing volleyball for 10 years now, with 4 years of club experience with Air Attack. I’ve coached a variety of ages and skill levels at Air Attack, FTLO Volleyball, and various indoor development programs. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UBC and am now pursuing a degree in Education at SFU.
Passionate about reading, resting and all movement.

I am a student studying nursing while playing varsity volleyball for George Brown College in Toronto. I am also Professional Chef Level 1 certified. I have played club volleyball for 4 years now, with 3 years being with Air Attack Volleyball Club and 1 year with Powerwest Volleyball. I have also helped coach with different programs. Including SMASH Volleyball, Air Attack house leagues and MacNeill Secondary’s junior teams. I look forward to returning to Superset in Summer ‘26.

I am a graduate from J.N. Burnett Secondary and plan on pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at Langara College. I have been coaching volleyball for 3 years, both having coached high school and club volleyball. Beyond coaching, I have also worked in community centres as a volleyball instructor. My personal playing experience includes high school volleyball (grade 8-12), club volleyball in Air Attack (13-18U) and beach volleyball (13-16U).
Passionate about volleyball, outdoor activities like camping and bodybuilding. -

I am currently a first-year Master of Physical Therapy student at the University of British Columbia, where I also completed my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I have coached in club, high school, and grass volleyball settings, as well as in developmental and high performance indoor programs for athletes aged 8-16. As a player, I competed in club volleyball from 13U-18U with Air Attack Volleyball Club.
Passionate about volleyball, school, tennis, golf, music, and discovering new food spots.

I am a student who started my school's volleyball club. I have been playing club volleyball with Air Attack Volleyball Club for 3 years. I have also coached U13 and U14 Air Attack Girls Volleyball Teams as well as the juvenile boys and bantam girls high school volleyball teams at my school.
Passionate about outdoor adventures such as scuba diving, kayaking, camping, and travelling.
