What clubs do SUPERSET participants and Strength and Conditioning clients play for?
Athletes come from across the lower mainland primarily from Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster and Richmond, BC. They play on competitive volleyball clubs like Seaside, PCVC, Thunder, Apex, Focus, G2, Hustle, Crush, Academy and Air Attack. We’re open to anyone who is interested, whether they play on a club team or not.
How is SUPERSET different from other programs?
Unique - volleyball-specific strength and conditioning delivered by a registered BCAK Practicing Kinesiologist PLUS CSEP High Performance Specialist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Outcome-Focused - fitness testing included for 8 week+ programs
Competition-Based- programs are designed with a Train to Compete mindset
Qualified Coaches - club coaches and most with Kinesiology Degrees
High Standards - small group sizes, grouped by skill, early and ongoing corrections with feedback on the spot to ensure continued growth and development
Safe Space - fun, friendly and supportive environment where mistakes are not only welcomed, but required
How did SUPERSET get its name?
The program is named after a strength and conditioning term, superset, to emphasize the unique offering of resistance training for injury prevention and performance development.

What is your refund policy?
If a withdrawal request is made PRIOR to the start of the term, either a credit can be applied to a future booking or a refund less a 10% administration fee will be processed.
If a withdrawal request is made AFTER the start of the term and before 75% of the term is complete, a refund less a 20% administration fee will be processed.
